Last chance question on EAD filing. Please advise!

1. I apply both for myself and wife. May I send both applications plus documents in one envelope? Will they properly split and open the cases?

2. Do I need to provide a description letter regarding list of the attached documents, etc?

Send them in different envelopes. Attach a covering letter and a list of all document copies that you are enclosing. Provide copies of all documents asked for.

I also found on INS site a complete tutorial on how to file.
They actually allow mutli-cases to be sent together.

Guys
I am applying for renewal myself. last time everythingn was done by my attorney.
Other than form I765, Do I need to fill up anything else for Example G28 etc.
