Landing Question

Hi guy's,

Can principal applicant and other family member complete their landing from different country ( one from home country and one from USA ) in different day after landing seal on passporT.

Another question , people with usa GC if they go for landing is it BAD THING FOR NEW GC HOLDER ?

Any body with experience pl's help my sister.

Prinicipal applicant has to land first or along with family members. It doesnt matter where they are landing from.
I dont think it is bad for GC holders to land in Canada.. However it might become an issue when you become citizen of US/Canada.

My sis worried that when they return to usa they will be questioned by usa immigration why they applied for canadidian immigration.

Since they got their usa GC they are not that keen for canadian GC, just wants to land there so that they can get their 1/2 of landing fee back.

Do you know, to get landing fee back if it is necessary to complete landing or not .

Your sister will get the entire landing fee back if she returns the visa (without using it) to the issuing office.
