landing question: from different entry port

Hello,

I have landing questions and hope some gurus on this list can
shed some light:

We got our immigration visas and landing documents recently and
we are thinking to go for landing soon. But, in the immigration
application forms we submitted to Canadian Immigration
Processing Center in Buffalo, we stated the destination to be
Vancouver, British Columbia. However, we are planning to go
through the entry port of Toronto. Is this acceptable? Will the
Canadian custom officer in Buffalo raise this question to us? Has
anyone had the same experience?

Another question is: we want to apply for the maple cards (i.e.,
the Canadian P.R. cards) while we are landing. But, since we
are planing to stay there only a couple of days, we will use
friend's mailing address in Canada for the P.R. card? Is that fine?
F.g., if we enter Canada through Toronto, can we use a mailing address in another city, say Vancouver, British Columbia?

Thank you very much!

---- NO problem you can land in Toronto

---------- Provide your friend address of Canada for PR Card when you land, your PR Card will be mailed to that address and once your friend received the PR Cards for you he can send you PR cards by mail
F.g., if we enter Canada through Toronto, can we use a mailing address in another city, say Vancouver, British Columbia?
----- YES
