Laksara, can you help. Need info on where to request for FP rescheduling

Hi

I have missed my FP appointments and the 90 days grace period to do FP any wednesday after scheduled date, has passed.

Where should I request rescheduling and how.

Please help.

Bottom portion of my fp notice does not say how/where to reschedule.

Someone mentioned "you can postpone it. the botton portion of fp notice says how to do it. i just postponed mine by about two months and finally got a second notice ".

The bottom portion of my notice does not have any such information. Can someone who has already done it, please post all the info.
