In this current economic downturn jobs will be lost. It is not guaranteed
that new jobs with similar classification will command same or more salary!
If we get laid off and not leave on our own accord, and then find
a job with the same classification but with lesser salary, there is nothing we can do about it! With reumes flooding employers like water
they are going to hire somebody with the least salary. The hype of yesteryears are over! INS should look at these cases individaully.
