Laid off need to travel.....

My case is transfered to Newark on November 15 th.2004
Currently I am unemployed but my spause needs to travel
Has valit AP.
Is it safe to travel ?
Any advise.....

Yes It is, unless one foresees a rejection while spouse is abroad. Your case just got transferred and I guess an interview call is few months away.

Should be safe -- you don't even need to be working to maintain your Adjustment of Status "status".
