What is the salary in your LC ? Check the difference between the two. Also, ask client if they would be willing to offer a letter near the same salary in case you get a RFE . Otherwise people have been approved with salary less than stated.
Best of luck.
as far as i know. When I was in you situation I inquired many people and attorneys, everyone said there should not be any problem as far as you have a job with same job responsibilities and pay slips by the employer. And as gambler stated it would be nice if the employer can provide that the company is capable of paying the salary stated in the LC.
I think in this market it should not matter.
Change your job dont inform INS. If they approve your case without an RFE great. If you get an RFE ask your lawyer to provide only the details needed to help your case.
