I have completed 5 months on my AOS.
The company (A) laid me off. However I have more than 1 month time off and the company A has agreed to allow me to go on vacation for a month.
In the meantime, I have another offer (company B) which they want me to join immediately.
Can I join that company B on EAD immdiately and still be on the company A\'s payroll for a month.
Would this cause a problem in using the 180 days rule.
