I noticed you had your 2nd FP Date onOct 05, 2004. Did you do something after that such as contact Senator or customer service?

Hi Maria,

I contacted Senator Durbin's office to see when I can expect 2nd FP. I didn't really contact the Senator or Congressman after that.
