Friends,
I am on TN,my G.C statelabour is cleared and went to federal labour,I have to cross the border now,does the INS knows I have applied green card .Does the INS have the access of labour certification.please suggest does the Dep of labour database and INS share same database.

According to my lawyer, officers at POEs don't see that you have a LC pending. This was pre-9/11, so things may have changed. Don't offer this information to the officer, but if he brings it up, don't lie.

Please let me know if you have any updates on this matter,I may have to cross the border next week few more times,I am scared to cross border.
Because if they come to know that I applied for G.C they might cancel my TN.

USCIS (INS) does not have access to Labor Certification Applications. Also Labor is not employee property, its filed by Employer. So INS will not object your visa just on base of LC filed.
