Labour RIR and I-485

My I-485 is pending and my labour was EB2 (RIR)/I-140 (approved). My
company had few layoffs. Will it cause any problems while approving my
I-485 since my labour was RIR. I think RIR meaning there shouldn't be
any layoffs in the company.
