Labour reapplied in 7th year

Hi,

My labour was applied from New Jersey in Sept 2002 and I got H1 extension for the 7th year.

I have complete 6 years in May 2004 and I have H1 extended till May 2005.

My company wants to apply for Labour from a different state now, because of some problems from New Jersey. In the worst case, the Labour application from New Jersey will be rejected. In this case, I will have to get H1 extension in the 8th year with the Labour from the different state.

Is it going to cause any problem, because in the 7th year I got the H1 extension with labour from New Jersey and in the 8th year it will be from a different state.

I appreciate, if somebody with experience answers my question.

-----NO problem, if NJ LC gets approved earlier you can file I-140, EAD AP and I-485 and can apply 8th year on the base of filing I-485and Pending.
if the second LC is pending at that time more than 365 days you can use that also base for 8th year extensin, I hope NJ LC will get cleared soon, relax !!
