My boss is ready to give me a previously approved labor. But this labor is for a speciality cook making$24,752 per annum.I am on H1 as an Executive Chef and currently making $47,000.The lowest salary that I have drawn when I initially joined the company was $32,000.00 My question is that will there be a problem later since my designation and salary are more than for which the labor is approved. Please let me know.
