my old comany's workers were hired by a my new co
(nasdaq listed) recently (its not complete acquisition
but group acquisition and old co still exists it was lic
patent aggrement).

my colleague (who was also hired to new co along
with me) got his labor certified from old co. and he
does not need it now.

new co is planning to use that labor for me.
can you please let me know

1. what documents _must_be_ submitted

2. also there is one difference certified labot states MS in
compute eng + 2 yr but I am MS in EE +2 yr. our both
education evaluations are done. we both work in same group and
same position. can you please sugggest if we should add
any additional documentation to make case strong.

thanks,
nano

Your lawyer should know the documents to be submitted, if not, download the 140 /485 /765/131 (whichever applicable) applications from USCIS.gov website and all required documents are clearly indicated.

Apart from that your lawyer/employer needs send a letter with it indicating that they are substituting an existed labor for your case.

Since you don't have matching educational qualification, it is a good idea to perform a educational evaluation by an independent agency and attach those documents with your application to USCIS.
