Labor Substitution

I am planning to use an already approved labor but was wondering the risks involved using the same. If anyboudy used Labor Sustitution Process pls advise.

Substitution of candidate on an approved LC is an accepted
procedure. Make sure all the requirements like educational
qualifications, experience are satisfied AS ON THE DATE OF FILING THE LC.

Mine was a LC substitution case.
