Hello I am not sure if this is the right forum, but still.
I have a job offer from a company. They say they have an approve LC and that they will file my I-140 right away (ofcourse after getting the H-1 Transfered). My education, Work experience and offered pay matches or exceeds the conditions on the LC.
Does any body see any problems with this???

Thanks Ram

Thanks Ram,
I got the call yesterday from the company and they
offered me the job and sadi they will file my I-140
directly.
I was not sure if they were just giving me the run
around to get me on board or were being real.
This helps me since the present company I m working
for has filed for my Labor from California in OCT 01.
CA SESA is right now processing Aug 16 01, That means
another 2 yrs before I see the GC. This way I might
see it in a year especially with a CP.
What do you think??
The Service center in the new cae will be VSC

My I-140 Approved in 2 months 2 days from VSC using Substitute LC

If your qualifications and experiences matches what specified on the LC requirements on the date when the LC filed(rememeber this: you have to qualify for LC requirements the day LC filed not now) you can apply for I-140 directly.

Experience Certificates in LC substitution

Do you need experience certificates from previous employer to file I-140 in this type of case? I also filed I-140 on somebody else\'s LC and I asked my lawyer if he needs my experience certificate to show INS that my skill set matches with actual LC when it was filed. But Lawyer said its OK, we can file without experience certificates. According to your experice(who are going thru this process)is this OK or it something I need to be worry about. Did you attached your experience certificates with I-140 or at some later steps.
I have these letter but my lawyer did not attached with I-140

Thanks in advance.
