I have been employed by a company for the past one year. We are a product development company of small size i.e. 50-60 employees. Recently my employer said that they have a approved labor and would like to use it for me. Does anyone has an idea about what the process is? Reading this forum gives me an impression that I140 can be filed immediately. But our company lawyer got me fill ETA-750B. Now I am complete clueless about the process. Since lawyer is our company lawyer, he rarely responds to my questions.

Can anyone help me understand this process better? Thank for your time.

As far as I know with substitution, you can directly file 140. IF lawyer is filing ETA-750B, that is new labor.

Eric,

I know for sure it is not new Labor because I saw the position details etc in the application. Only name was changed.

Thanks
