Labor Substitution...PLS HELP

My 6 years ( H1-B) are coming to end in May 2006. My company allready applied for 7th year extension. My Labor certification is pending in P-BEC ( PD Oct 2003 ).

I have got an offer from a company ( Indian consulting firm ) with labor substitution. How safe is labor substitution?
Is there a problem in 140 stage if I do this. I may or may not have to do little modification to my experience and skills for this. PLS advice!!! Thanks in advance

I have gone thru this path of labor substitution last year.Please be very careful.I was fooled with 40 other guys by Ace technologies which is Delhi based company.Please do your research & only then join this company.
If you don't mind can you mention company's name ?

Somehow we could get out of that mess & even today Ace has filed many false suits against many of us.So buddy this seems quicker but most of the times its waste of money & time.

Be careful

There are many frauds trying take advantage of situation. Please go through these forums and other forums. Do your homework before you get that route. I have been also burnt by a Desi company.
 
Any one has good (or) bad information and experiences about this NJ based company (smartsourcetec). Please let me know whether they are reliable and truth.
