labor substitution getting rejected in I140

Friends,

I got a substitute labor and i applied for i140 . It took 5months and now i came to know from the attorney that it is rejected.

Now i understand that just getting a labor is not sufficient as I140 is very important to approve your GC. It also depends on how strong is the company which files your GC.

I am looking for a strong Phildelphia DOL and any good companies with good revenue growth co's from HARRISBURG.

Please suggest some good company which can file my GC labor from HARRISBURG. I have a long project. My only concern is to get a good and reliable company.

Please help me .

My company has recieved 30 to 35 approvals in last 4 months from Harrisburg, I think Ur 140 should have rejected due to Ur company financial background my company has very good financial statistics (More than 350 % growth in a year) Please contact me at svprakash@hotmail.com I will connect U to my HR.

Volume is keep on increasing resulting delay. Total diversion towards DE indicates it would be difficult on the way, in the future.
