Labor Substitute Proc Time

I have a company who has pre approved labor and would like to know how much time does it take to subsitute a preapproved labor?

It will be the same time for I140/I485/EAD/AP processing for Labor with your name or Preapproved if your Qualifications & Experience match with the preapproved one

Thanks for replying. I was wondering about the labor substitute process itself. Do we have to go through labor department again for substituting someone elses labor for me?

No.. You do not have to go thru Labor Department at all.. You can apply I140/485 directly stating that it is a labor substitution.

If your qualification/experience/profile matches 90% or more with preapproved labor there is no risk...
