Labor Status - TX

I applied to TX labor through RIR process in Aug\'2000. DOL didn\'t approve till now and DOL didn\'t send any query/NOF to my attorney. DOL said that they are waiting for national office decision because of RIR and layoffs combination for my company when we inquired.

Recently, they changed the status of my application to "Remand issued to employer on 02/20/2002"

Please, can I know what is that mean? Did anyone get labor certification after they got the above message.

I am in the same boat

I too have received a "Remand" from the Dallas DOL. (Labor filed Nov 2000)

Can anybody please comment on what this means ?
