Labor receipt/priority date

Hello
My lawyer filed my Labor in DE end of Feb2003,and i recently spoke to them,and they said they haven't received any information on that, not even a priority date or anything else.

I wanted to check with other people on this forum if it is indeed true that DE doesn't issue any priority dates or receipt dates,and that when they get to the case they will inform the lawyer's office.
Does anyone know, based on information when they are hearing DE will get to Feb03?

Sam,
You do get priority date .Ask your lawer . he might tell you . I filed on March 03 .I did get my labour priority date as march 14 . that is that date you sent your papers do delaware DOL .. That become the priority date..
