Do you mean to say that if the case is transfered to DOL somewhere in the 2nd week of November, it should be processed in some time, since the DOL is now processing the cases as of end of October?.
I was under the impression that it was the RD that DOL was processing.
Can you please clarify

Labor Approved !!!

Hi Guys:

Lost track, and my ID(RL). Got my Labor approved on March 5 2002(yesterday).
PD: April 30 2001
Case No : 09507XXX
RD on DOL: OCT 29 2001.

Didn\'t receive any notification from my lawyer yet.Just heard from the automated message in DOL. It took more than 10 months to get my labor approved. Good Luck to all of you guys and God Bless us all.

Does the transfer Date from SESA to DOL have any significance or is the RD relevant. When we say that the DOL is processing cases as of 29th October, does it mean that it is processing cases that were transfered to DOL or 29th October id the RD.

But on the AVM, it needs to input employer tax id, where can i find it? also where can i find the employer phone number?

My friend\'s case: PD 05/07/01, SESA to DOL 11/07/01, still waiting.

You can get your employer tax-id number

from your W-2 form which you would have got for tax return filing.
I am using that id to get the status of applications from my company.
