Labor Processing Times in California due to 245(i) - Part4

LC approved

Finally, I just got a call from my attorney that my LC has been approved by DOL. Exactly 60 days as they are saying. Good luck to all of you. See you soon in I-140 discussion. Haifei, check the AVM, may be yours is approved too.

Do you mind asking your lawyer for your case number. I did check a couple of other case received at the DOL on 10/01/2001, none of them have been approved (or processed). Thanks a bunch.

Employment Analyst Review

I was told by my employer that the SESA CA has assigned an Employment Analyst to review my case. I guess this is not good news... but how bad is it?

I thought SESA would give no hassel but to do a salary prevailing check.

I have always thought that DOL was the place that cases get scrutinized. What does your employer say? how did other cases in your company to at SESA? Hope all would work out to your interest.
 
What is your Priority date?

What is your priority date? Did you check with SESA personnel about when they are anticipating to complete it? These processing times are killing me. Don\'t get me wrong they were better than couple of years ago but they need to improve.
