Labor Processing Times in California due to 245(i) - Part4

Labor Certification

Hi please suggest me when i can expect my labor cleared from sesa and transferred to dol or by which date i can get my labor cleared from dol. My priority date is June 19, 2001. Also my case number starts with #130XXX, EB2 and RIR. please any help is appreciated.

Yes i do, it is filed on June 15h\'01. And the prority date is June19th,01. Once it is transferred to DOL how long it will take to get it approved.

My LAwyer shot me an emial stating that it is tranferred to DOL on Jan 3rd 2002. Now how long it is going to hang in DOL any suggestions.

Hello everybody!

Since mili_gold (PD - June 19, 2001) has been transfered to DOL, does this mean SESA is now processing past June 19 cases? Or is it an out of blue case? If it is true I think it is great news for all of us waiting for SESA to get into action.

One also needs to see that his case # starts from 129xxx. Again, a big gap from other cases around June 1st week. Any pointers / suggestions???
 
To day it is running June 6th RIR cases

I just called SESA office, THE LADY told me that, to day they are processing June 6th cases for RIR.

Mili_gold\'s case is being PD June 19th , already transfered to DOL. It is Good news.

But I called SESA office She told me that today they are processing June 6th cases.

My PD is June 15 and I checked on the lcstatus09 system today- my case has not been transferred yet. So probably Milli_Gold was just an exception, the date is indeed June 6.
