I got my H-1 b approved recently, and planning to apply for Perm certification, i am new to this process, just need some clarification.
1. As my Temp Labor on which my H-1 was approved was a different Job title than the one i am currently planning to file a PERM labor on, Is this going to make any difference.
2. Is the salary requirments for foreign labor cert plays a main role.
