Labor PD 5/2001 - Any luck with I-140 getting approved earlier

I am probably the most unfortunate one as my labor was approved in August 2007. We applied for my I140 in October 2007 with notice date of Oct 11 2007. Applied for my 485 in March 2008.

Any idea that my I-140 might get approved earlier than those processing dates mentioned because of my labor filing date. My labor filing date is May 2001.

I believe so.. Mine was approved when they are processing March 10, 2007 and my Receipt date for my I-140 is March 21, 2007. and your priority date of 2001 is way way better than mine which is just November 2006...

Next question will be.. Will your priority date play a role in your I-485 application?

Knowledgeable guys will have to answer this for you..

Unless you are running out of H1 time, you can't apply for I-140 premium processing upgrade. I assume your category was EB3 because of your woes, and that EB3 is currently going to be unavailable in the visa numbers until October?

There's no real evidence I have seen that your priority date will have any effect on when your I-140 will be certified.
