With the approval of my 485 and that of my family, I am done! No more visa's, extensions etc ...

Here are my details -

Labor - Jun 2001, EB3

Concurrent 140/485 - 26th Jun 03

140 approval - Apr 04

FP1 - Aug 20th 04

485 approval ( me, my spouse and Child ) - 4th Nov'04

No Rfe's etc ... SIMPLE NORMAL CASE . Regular LUD/Email updates from USCIS - no complaints.

Considering all the hue and cry, to get GC approved in 3 years and 4 months is really NOT BAD! On second thoughts it's EXCELLENT!

Congratulations!! enjoy your freedom, hopefully all the jobs are not outsourced yet. By the time we all get our GC's, hopefully there are still a few jobs left here. :eek:

My date changes were as follows -

485 - 08/25, 08/26, 08/27 ( immeditely after FP done on Aug 20th)

485 - 10/25, 10/27 and 11/04 followed by the approval emails.
