But at the same time it also requires:
a) Beneficiary intent of joining the employer after approval &
2) Employer ability/willingness to hire beneficiary at approval.
Both are comparatively easy to prove if you are already working for employer as attested in LC. I am not saying that you won't get GC if you decide to join employer later but chances of getting RFE are more.
