I am filing for new labor and this time I would like to be very careful. Please help me.
Questions.
1. Can we have 4 year bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years of experience and still file in EB2 category?
2. What are the important things to be filed in 750 part A
1. Item 12 – Rate of Pay.
2. Item 14 – Education Grade School
3. Item 14 – High School
4. Item 14 – College
5. Item 14 – College degree required (specify)
6. Item 14 – Major Field of study
7. Item 14 – Training No of years
8. Item 14 – Type of training.
9. Item 14 – Experience Years.
10. Item 14 – Related Occupation (specify)
11. Item 15 – Other special Requirements.
Please throw is experience. It will really help me.
