Labor filed with 100 K

Need Advice !!
My Company filed my labor with a salary of 100 K. It got recently approved and now we are planning to ask our company to file I140 and 485 concurrently. My questions are :

(1) Once EAD comes and I want to switch job is it O.K if I do a job of lower salary say 60K on this EAD with some other Employer.

(2) If it is not possible then can it be possible that I be on H1B of new employer and my wife can be on EAD so that I will use green card once 485 is approved but my wife can take advantage of EAD.

1. Yes, but the disparity might be a cause for GC rejection later.
2. Does not matter at 485 pending stage whether you use EAD or not.

1)Do you have any idea that what is the salary range means plus and minus range for which I can do a job.If labor is filed with 100 K than what is the lowset salary I can do a job without causing The GC rejection.
2) Is it O.K if I dont use EAD and only my wife uses it.Means i am on H1 only..
