Labor - filed in 10/07 Audit still pending

Application for Labor, applied in 10/07 got audit and replied in 11/07. Still waiting for answer. Did any body hear approvals for Audit cases recently?

I got my PERM denied after waiting 2 years

Hi,

I filled PERM in May 2007 and responded to an audit in November 2007.
But I just received the news my LC is denied.
Hope you get lucky
 
DOL indicated in their statement last month that they are processing audited cases initially filed in August 2007. We have several from 11/07 to present as well. Sit tight, we are all eagerly awaiting.

I'm EXACTLY at the same situation as you! At least you're not alone... :rolleyes:

Filed 10/2007, Audit 11/2007 as of yesterday - still 'In Process'...

What are the reasons for denying your LC, if you don't mind? Does your employer plan to re-file or MTR the decision? Thanks.
