Labor Filed from Texas

My labor was filed with the company in Aug'2003 Texas when my salary was 55k under regular filing (not RIR). Now I am expecting my salary to touch nearly 70K. Would this effect my labor approval...?
I also heard the term called PERM is about to introduce which will include regular and RIR processing, both...? Can I file labor again under this new category.

It is better to file an amendment.
PERM is not another category, it is way to file LC online, not yet implemented.
