I have an approved labor and now I am trying to apply for my green card.
The company who is applying for my green card needs 2 years of full time experience.
I have 1 year 2 months of full time experience and 4 years of part time experience.
Will my 4 years of part time experience can be considered towards remaining 10 months of full time experience.
If yes, how can I prove it that if I do apply for my green card using my credentials (ie 1.2 years of full time and 4 years of part time) that my application wont be rejected by INS.
The company who is willing to apply for my green card is skeptical about my part time experience and is saying that my 4 years of part time wont be considered as 10 months of full time experience.
Is there a way to ask INS that will my 4 years of part time will be considered as 10 months of full time ?
