My case which was remanded to the employer was certified. Here is the information:
DOL Receipt Date 12/3/2002
Remanded to employer 6/25/2002
Certified: 8/12/2002
My job title is Software Engineer.

do you have any idea, if your hr dept received any resumes in response to your i day ad. And if they had recd did you report all that to dol.

did you get the info on avm?
 
I found the result via AVM.
When my case was remanded, my company's attorney said that my company "has continued to advertise for Software engineers, so we are in a
position to address the response with little issue." That's all I know about the case.
