Hi All, I have a question in regards the procedure for GC. My company has filed RIR application for me in May2002 for NJ state. I did not receive any notification from the DOL. Can anyone tell me how I can find out if the DOL ever received my application. Also, since my application was filed under RIR, what are the chances of denial? I have no knowledge of the process and had no idea of RIR vs NON_RIR appl. until recently. Can anyone please advise to me? If RIR is for sure a denial app., is there a work around that I can do now to prevent the loss of time I had so far?
