Labor Certification Substitution Elimination Final Rule Approved by OMB 04/27/2007

The OMB approved this final rule. As soon as this rule is released, all those certified labor certification cases which have yet to be filed for substitution I-140 will be no good for substitution.

Thats a blow for employers, who are playing around with approved labor.

I guess, this will make the Visa dates move faster.
