My labor was filed during the last week of march 2001 in RIR, my attorney was of the view that web ads are sufficient to support the application, but during the month of sep 2001 my application seems to be put on to non-RIR due to lack of paper ads, later my job posting was advertised and application was submitted back to labor with a request to convert it into RIR. Will the conversion be considered? will i get the original filing date of mar 2001? have anyone experienced problems like this?? Any feedback will be helpful.
