Labor Certification of Another Person

Hi Guys:
       Does anyone know if the Labor Certification approved for one person in the same company can be used for another person? One guy left my company few months ago and his Labor came back approved. Can I use that?

You must have met ALL of the requirements on the LC when you joined the company and when the LC was filed.
