Labor certification in Oregon

Labor date movement?

Hi,

I just started tracking the Labor Certification date in OR. It says it\'s July 2001. Any idea about how much this date moves forward when it does move...one month, 2 months, 3 months? Just an idea of how fast it has been moving in the past few days.
