My GC processing is in initial stages of Labor certification through RIR under posting.
We are done with News paper Ad and internet Ad. Now we have to do the inside company job posting.
But I have a problem here. My current salary is X and for the in-house job posting attorney
told we have to provide the salary given by DOL which is greater than X.
And my company is not ready to post the salary as it may create some problems as nobody is
getting that much of salary in my company.
My attorney is saying there is no other choice but to post that salary (DOL salary based
on my original salary). But he told we can buy a salary survey by paying $1100=00 and
make use of that survey. But he is not 100% sure whether that survey will helpfull or not.
I appreciate any suggestions or help on this.
