According to my lawyer, my Labor Certification application was filed in Jan 2002 from New York. Looking at the Processing Times, it is apparent that NY is one of the very few states where regular H1 is still running in Arpil 2001.
Does anyone have any idea, what is going on in New York ? Does anyone have any reliable information as to how long it could take for NY to get out of Apr'01 ?
