Hi,
I need to know my Labor certification details. My company will not give me this information.

Is there any place or website where I can get this information.

Thanks in advance

Aren't you suppose to sign the application? Haven't you read it before signing?

There is a zip file available for download in the same page. You can download and open it MS Excel.

Labor department has published all the labor certification information reviewed betweeen 10/01/1996 and 9/30/2001.

Some companies use Labor Substitution while filing I-140. In that case, your name will not be there. Find out on whose labor your I-140 was applied.

gc_san,

My employer intenionally twisted my job description in GC.How can I see what job description I have in my LC.My employer is not giving the LC to me.

The zip file contains all the information.

GC050102,
We can't see our names right, then how do we know which one is ours?

Possible reasons:
1. Labor substitution
2. May not be filed with your company name. May be filed with partner company name.
3. Application not reviewed betweeen 10/01/1996 and 9/30/2001

Search in the Zip file with MS Excel. You will get the information if your application does not fall in one of the three items mentioned above.

This old thread is no longer correct.

PERM status files can be downloaded from flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx
