I noticed something interesting.
Looked at Feb 2002 dates for Seattle - they were processing
Oct 2001 then. Same as SFO processing date
Rollforward 6 months later.
Seattle has moved on to process June 2002!! and SFO
is still around Dec 2001.
Any idea as to why certain states are moving more
rapidly than the others ? Labor market is overall grim
anyway..
