Labor Certification Application applied in Sept. 2008

My Labor certification application was applied by my employer in Mid Sept, 2008. I had heard that the time of application processing is 90 days but its been 120 days and I haven't heard from them. The tracking status my employer provide me shows 'In Process'. The center is ATLANTA. Has the processing time been effected by the economy? Is there a way to check the status of the application myself. Or What the the options i have.
 
I applied in July 10, 2008 and still waiting. I told my employer to check with lawyers and lawyers only said that labor is in "processing" stage (very descriptive I know!).
 
I'm sorry but I actually had to laugh at this. September 2008 and you are complaining? We have cases pending since November 2007!! The DOL issued a statement last month indicating they are currently processing August 2007 cases under audit, and cases filed in June 2008 under final review. So, sit tight. It's still going to be a few months likely.

Hi,

When you say they are processing June 2008 cases under final review...are those cases which haven't had an audit?
