Labor Certificates for GC

Hi All,

Our company has some free LCAs that were not used by people for whom it was originally applied.
Now the company is trying to see if those can be used for current H1 holders for green card processing.
Problem and unfortunate thing is all the LCAs are for MS holders, but all of us on H1 don't hold MS degree.
Is there anyway these LCAs can be still used for us??.
Please any insight or leads on these would be greatly apprceciated. This way we can convince our HR.

more clarification needed

Thanks Joe for the quick reply.

So you say it is possible to use these LCs.
But does 5yrs experience is required at that time the original LC is filed say 2001, or the overall experience irrespective of whether it is before or after the LC is filed and approved?.

Please clarify. Also is there any government document where it says this.
