Send an email to info@phi.dflc.us requesting screenshot of your case. Provide them with the details that you have, like case#, employer Name, address etc..
also, wake up your sleeping lawyer and tell him to inquire by FAX. They respond to lawyers faster. You should be hearing something soon. But get on it my friend. No one here cares, just be proactive and trac your case.

Hi dear all,
My application for labor certificate filed in june 25 2002, Feb 25 2005 get 45 day letter. so far I have not get any information! I wond if they lost my case?
If any people give me suggestion to find the answer ?
