Labor certificate

Hi I am based in new Jersey. Working in H1b visa. My this company has filed for a labor certificate 10 months ago and may be it will come within next two months. I have found another job in New jersey state. and this new company willing to sponsor me green card. Can i use the labor certificate from previous company to the new company. Is it valid within same state?. Because if it is possible then i might gain lots of time for this new company. Can this new company file the I140 directly?
thank you in advance

No Title

No, the labor certification does not belong to you. It is certified for a specific position with a specific company. You have to start a new labor certification with the new company.

Time for RIR labor from NJ

Hi,
My company has applied for RIR labor in NJ on May 26, 2001 (almost 10 months ago). It has not been approved yet. Does anyone know how long this is taking these days? Did anyone who applied after May 26, 2001 receive it?
Any reply will be appreciated.
Thanks,

IF your new company has pre approved Labor for the position that you are

being offered, U may probably use that and continue with ur GC.
It will definitely save some time.
Talk to your new company\'s lawyer or HR!!!!

Good Luck!!!!
