Labor Certificate in Kansas - State Level

I submited RIR case on June 25th, 2001 and haven\'t heard anything from State yet? Is there any new approval from Kansas State level with about the same priority dates?

I applied from Kansas too

I got the following mail from my lawyer:-

I haven\'t seen any movement from the Kansas SESA in several months. The last cases I\'ve seen that have been forwarded to the DOL were filed last February or March. In addition, we believe that the Sprint cases are currently on hold both at the DOL and the SESA. Because of the layoffs, we need to furnish additional information about the layoffs to the DOL and we are in the process of gathering that information at this time.
