Labor Cert and Corp. Restructuring

Hi All,

My company is planning a merger with another company. My labor cert. has been pending in California for the last 8 months. Does this restructuring mean that I\'ll have to file labor again? My position, title, salary and location will remain the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

Company Restructuring

I am working for a company \'A\' which is the subsidiary of company \'B\'. My labor is filed by company \'A\' that is the subsidiary and not the parent company. Company \'B\' is selling company \'A\' (the company that I work for) to company \'C\' but there won\'t be any changes in companies location and name. Would it have any effect on my labor process? will my company have to file for labor cert. again? Please help me.
